In Office Dental Plan

In an effort to provide affordable dental care to individuals who have no dental insurance or have lost their insurance, we provide an in office plan to provide savings similar to those enjoyed by patients with insurance to our most loyal patients.

For a yearly fee, valid for one year from the date of enrollment, individuals enjoy 2 routine exams and cleanings per 12 month period, all indicated xrays and 2 flouride treatments at no additional cost. Additionally, all diagnostic, preventative, periodontic, and restorative work not requiring lab work will be provided at a 15% discount.  All root canals, crowns, bridges, and dentures will be discounted by 10%.  Some procedures may still require a referral to an outside specialist. These are not included in the plan, examples would be braces or treatment of wisdom teeth.

To provide these discounts, payments must be made by check, cash or debit card. NO CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS CAN BE MADE WITH THIS PLAN.

As this is not insurance, there are NO deductibles, maximums, pre-existing conditions, wait periods, claim forms or exclusions for cosmetic work. Everyone is eligible.
