FINANCIAL POLICY

FOR PATIENTS WITH INSURANCE: We gladly will submit your claim electronically and will estimate your out of pocket expense. At the same time , we estimate your out of pocket expense based on our history with your insurance and the eligibility information on line. For single visit procedures the estimated out of pocket expense is due in full at the time of the visit.  For multiple visit procedures, half the estimate is due at the start and the balance at the end.  Payment of copays can be made with check, cash or debit card. If a credit card is used for copays, a 3% service fee will be added.

FOR PATIENTS WITH NO INSURANCE: We strongly urge you to look into and enroll in our in office dental plan.  If this is of no interest to you we offer the following.  Payment for single visit procedures paid by check, cash or debit card at time of service will receive a 5% discount.  Credit card payments at time of service will be charged a 3% service fee. For multiple visit procedures, 1/2 the balance will be collecting when we start treatment and the balance will be collected at the finish. If the two payments are made with cash, check or debit card, a 5% discount will be applied. Payments made with a credit card will be assessed a 3 % service fee.
