We are proud to announce the newest member of our dental team, Dr. Stephany Sanchez. Dr Sanchez, like Dr. Wallerstein, is a product of Middlesex County, born and raised in Perth Amboy, NJ. Since her junior year of high school, Dr Sanchez had the desire to become a dentist. She spent many hours shadowing, volunteering, and dedicating herself to achieve this goal.
She attended Rutgers University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences. She is a proud graduate of Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. She was selected and chose to further her dental training at the General Practice Residency at JFK Hospital in Edison, NJ. During her one-year advanced residency training, she was supervised and trained by Dr. Wallerstein along with many of the dental specialists in the area. She regularly observed and studied complex cases at our office. Dr Wallerstein was impressed by her passion for dentistry and quest for knowledge. It was clear that she would be an excellent addition to our team.
Dr Sanchez provides her excellent patient care on Thursday, Friday and one Saturday a month. Dr. Wallerstein will continue to see patients on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
